








Berwick High seniors receive diplomas
Berwick High seniors made the traditional march along the Geisler Stadium track Thursday on their way to becoming alumni.
Thursday's commencement ceremony conferred diplomas on 109 seniors. Principal Toney Linn, whose daughter Makenzie was one of 14 top graduates, delivered a welcome address.
"I can't wait to see the journey that you start tomorrow," Linn said.
Secretary Bailey Smith provided the introduction, Vice President Isabell Ortiz led the Pledge of Allegiance, and the Sound of Price Trumpet Line played "The Star-Spangled Banner."
Natalie Faust noted that her classmates had received more than $433,000 in scholarships.
And Student of the Year Jude Tarver gave the graduation address.
