
Patterson Police Officer of the Year
Also at Tuesday's Marine Corps League banquet, Maj. Herbert Johnson was recognized as the Patterson Police Department's Officer of the Year. Johnson, who serves as warden of the Patterson PD Jail, "has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to public safety. ... His unwavering dedication and strong work ethic have made a lasting impact on both the department and the community he serves," the department said in a Facebook post.
