Berwick student receives Southeastern degree

A Berwick student is among 1,060 students who received diplomas Saturday at Southeastern Louisiana University.
Daja Rasha Batiste, Berwick, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
Southeastern graduates included 344 men and 716 women, who were receiving 15 different degrees and representing 10 states and 18 countries. Candidates for associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees were honored.
