PATRICIA C. PINHO
Patricia C. Pinho, a native and lifetime resident of Patterson, was born on Dec. 14, 1936 and passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the age of 88. She was one of six children born to Luke and Frances Carlino.
Pat, as she was affectionately known, married the love of her life, Halsema A. Pinho, in Patterson on August 20, 1959, and of this union they were blessed with two sons. Pat worked in the hardest and noblest of all professions as a devoted housewife and homemaker though occasionally she worked outside the home as a substitute teacher. In her younger years, Pat enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening. She was a past member of the Krewe of Galatea and absolutely loved Mardi Gras time. The greatest joy in Pat's life was simply being a wife, mother, and grandmother and spending time with those she loved. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all.
Those she leaves to cherish her memory include her two sons, Halsema A. "Hal" Pinho Jr. and his wife Vanessa and Jeffery Pinho and his wife Pauline; four grandchildren, Hayden Pinho, Hunter Pinho and companion Hayden Adams, Bryce Ronsonet and his fiancée Jenna Alleman, and Abby Ronsonet; two great grandchildren, Brody Ronsonet and Alaina Alleman; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Halsema A. Pinho Sr.; parents, Leoluca "Luke" Carlino and Frances Lipari Carlino; her five siblings, Joseph Carlino, Mary Cremaldi, Leona Carlino, Rosemary Ayers, and her twin sister Josie Hagel.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in the St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Father Joel Faulk will conduct the services. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Hayden Pinho, Hunter Pinho, Bryce Ronsonet, Abby Ronsonet, Lucas Carlino, and Lee Bierhorst.
