Still one lane at a time

East- and westbound traffic on the Bayou Ramos bridge on La. 182-U.S. 90 east of Morgan City continues to be limited to alternating single-lane travel more than three years after a barge strike damaged the bridge. A Department of Transportation and Development spokesperson said work is underway to restore utility infrastructure on the bridge, but could not provide an estimated completion date for the bridge's repair.
