Morgan City's annual Boy Scout dinner

The steaks were on the grill Thursday for the annual fundraiser for area Scouts at the Senior Citizen Center on Chennault Street. At the $75 per plate dinner, four men were recognized as the Chef Class of 2024: Bobby Cline, Scott Melancon, Paul Rappmundt and Lou Tamporello. Dennis Pennington, president of the Evangeline Area Council, made an appearance at the event.
