After child porn arrest, Bayou Vista man accused of indecent behavior, computer solicitation

St. Mary deputies on Friday added indecent behavior and computer solicitation charges against a Bayou Vista man arrested last week on a child pornography charge.
St. Mary
Sheriff Gary Driskell reported that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 145 complaints and made these arrests:
--Jeffery Mark Legeune, 60, Bayou Vista, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. Friday on a warrant alleging pornography involving juveniles, computer-aided solicitation and indecent behavior with juveniles. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Trevor Miguel Robinson, 53, Thibodaux, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. Sunday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids, possession of cocaine, possession of alprazolam, possession of MDMA, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey traffic control signal.
Bail has not been set at this time.
--Briani Lashea Doucet, 28, Sunset, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana and resisting an officer. Bail has been set at $1,000.
--David Bonilla, 49, Houma, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Thursday on a charge of assault (telephone calls, harassment). Bonilla was released on a $500 bond.
--Whitney Ann Klein, 60, Patterson, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule IV drugs. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Jessica Lynn Deshotels, 42, Opelousas, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Thursday on two warrants alleging failure to appear on a charge of theft. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Tremaine Jerome Robertson, 44, Jeanerette, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Robertson was released on a paid fine.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 148 calls for service over the last 96-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
--Samuel Paul Gary, 34, Chester Bowles Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. Friday on two counts of battery on a police officer, resisting an officer with force or violence, and simple battery.
--James Randy Guerin Jr., 46, La. 182, Patterson, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Saturday on charges of improper backing and hit-and-run driving.
--Eduardo Ayala, 23, Laurel Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. Saturday on a charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
--Sarah Ann Scully, 47, Kentucky Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. Sunday on a charge of failure to appear for review (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Nylan Jmeer Francis, 21, Grace Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. Sunday on a charge of possession of marijuana (first offense). (Released on summons.)
--Susan Logan, 71, David Drive, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. Sunday on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense), reckless operation of a motor vehicle and improper lane usage.
--Jorge Luis Montejo-Garcia, 24, Marshall Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. Thursday on charges of possession of marijuana and no turn signal. (Released on summons.)
--Wilbur James Richard Jr., 40, Egle Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Thursday on two counts of failure to pay fines (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
Berwick
Chief David Leonard Sr. reported these arrests:
--Brock Broussard, 36, Patterson, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Sunday on warrants alleging stalking and violation of a protective order.
On Saturday, a complaint was filed with the Berwick Police Department alleging Broussard violate an active protective order against him. While speaking with officers, the victim also reported to being followed by Broussard.
Officers were able to confirm the active protective order, and further evidence was obtained linking him to the stalking. Warrants were prepared for his arrest.
On Sunday, Broussard was located at a residence in Patterson. With the assistance of the Patterson Police Department, Broussard was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Berwick Police Department for booking.
--Danayre Smith, 29, Berwick, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Sunday on charges of criminal trespass and resisting an officer.
At 3:18 p.m. Sunday, the Berwick Police Department received a complaint about Smith being at a residence from which she was previously warned to stay away. Officers made contact with Smith, and advised her she was under arrest.
At that time, Smith began resisting arrest. After a brief struggle, she was taken into custody and transported to the Berwick Police Department, where she was booked.
Patterson
Chief Garrett Grogan reported these arrests:
--Mikel J. Ashley, 54, Southeast Boulevard, Morgan City, was arrested at 3:39 a.m. Sunday on charges of driver’s license suspended or revoked, switched license plates, no insurance, failure to carry registration and failure to change address.
Ashley was incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with bond set at $1,320.
--Raymond L. Gautreaux,31, Bridge Road, Patterson, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. Sunday on charges of no insurance, no taillights, driver’s license suspended or revoked, and switched license plate.
Gautreaux was incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with bond set at $1,258.
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to 33 calls for service since Thursday and made these arrests:
--Hunter Boudreaux, 23, Bigler Street, Franklin, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. Friday on a charge of domestic abuse battery (child endangerment). Boudreaux was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
--Michael Schexnider, 52, Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for 3rd Ward City Court alleging failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. Schexnider was booked, processed and released on a $312 bond.
