Burglary, unauthorized entry charges reported locally

St. Mary deputies reported a burglary arrest Monday, and Morgan City officers arrested a man on unauthorized entry charges.

St. Mary

Sheriff Blaise Smith reported that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 148 complaints and made these arrests:

--Jaron Flynn Foret, 30, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. Saturday on charges of simple burglary and resisting an officer by giving false information. Bail was set at $27,500.

--Keith Dewayne Robinson, 44, Franklin, , was arrested at 12:43 p.m. Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended and improper display of license plate. Robinson was released on a $1,000 bond.

--Carlos Alfredo Mendoza-Gonzales, 31, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless operation (no accident), no driver’s license and no seat belt.

Bail has not been set at this time.

--Cory James Leblanc, 42, Bayou Vista, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. Saturday on a charge of domestic abuse battery and on a warrant alleging failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer. Bail was set at $10,000.

--Aaron Joseph Boudreaux Sr., 47, Amelia, was arrested 6:49 p.m. Saturday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of no insurance, driving while license is under suspension and driving on divided highways. Bail was set at $27,500.

--Dawn Marie Louviere, 40, New Iberia, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. Monday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a charge of theft. Louviere was released on a $5,000 bond.

--Alfred Lee Favors, 64, Patterson, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. Monday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of speeding and operating a vehicle while license is suspended. Favors was released on a $500 bond.

Morgan City

Chief Chad M. Adams reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 49 calls for service over the last 24-hour reporting period and made these arrests:

--Jameson Austin, 22, Patton Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. Monday on two counts of unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling.

--Aaron Joseph Boudreaux, 48, Arnold Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. Monday on three counts of failure to appear for arraignment (6th Ward Morgan City Court).

---Julia Glynn, 32, Fourth Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Monday on a charge of failure to appear for trial (16th Judicial District Court).

Franklin

Chief Cedric Handy reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to seven complaints over the last 24-hour reporting period and made this arrest:

--Jaydon Richard, 19, Lee Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Monday on charges of disturbing the peace (language) and resisting an officer. Richard was booked, processed and held on a $3,500 bond.
