Sheriff Leland Falcon reported these arrests:

--Shannon K. Mabrey, 42, Rue de Kajun Street, Pierre Part, was arrested Thursday on charges of obscenity and two counts of indecent behavior with juvenile under 13.

On June 12, deputies responded to a complaint in the 100 block of Rue de Kajun Street in reference to an individual performing acts sexual in nature and exposing himself to children under the age of 13. The indecent behavior was repetitive.

Detectives initiated an investigation and established probable cause sufficient to obtain an arrest warrant as well as a search warrant. Mabrey was arrested during the execution of the search warrant at his residence on Thursday.

Mabrey was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center and remains incarcerated with bond set at $105,000.

--Hunter Michael Gauthreaux, 29, Teal Drive, Labadieville, was arrested on a charge of nonconsensual disclosure of a private image.

On June 20, detectives were made aware of an image that had been distributed by electronic means and made public. That image was very personal in nature and was never intended for public distribution.

Detectives were able to identify Gauthreaux as the person who came into possession of the image and subsequently distributed the photo.
Gauthreaux was interviewed on Thursday and as a result, Gauthreaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center with bond set at $15,000.
