Flag-changing ceremony at hospital

Boy Scout Troop 49 of Louisiana and Cub Scout Pack 438 recently held a ceremony at Ochsner St. Mary to change the flags. The troops earn badges for changing and retiring flags. Before the ceremony began, the Scouts and Cubs were introduced and able to ask questions to Ochsner St. Mary staff members about their jobs.
