Two theft arrests by St. Mary deputies reported

St. Mary Parish deputies reported two theft arrests Tuesday and a third on a public intimidation charge.
St. Mary
Sheriff Blaise Smith reported that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the St. Mary Sheriff’s Office responded to 33 complaints and made these arrests:
—Henderson Dwight Wesley, 30, Jeanerette, was arrested 10:12 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of public intimidation of a public official. Wesley continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
—Dusty Lee Rogers, 33, Jeanerette, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant alleging theft. Rogers was released on a summons to appear Nov. 4.
—Lee Michael Boudreaux, 47, Amelia, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant alleging theft, recovered property and theft by fraud. Bail has not been set.
Morgan City
Interim Police Chief Mark E. Griffin Jr. reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 43 calls for service over the last 24-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
—Shina Short, 39, Arizona Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of failure to appear to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
—Erik Benjamin Carter, 32, Mallard Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Wednesday on charges of failure to appear for arraignment (16th Judicial District Court).
Patterson
Police Chief Garrett Grogan reported this arrest:
—Kellie Boudreaux, Willowbend, Patterson, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of suspension, revocation, or cancellation of license, no insurance and switched license plate.
Boudreaux was incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail and released for time served.
