The Berwick 10U All-Star softball team works on covering the plate at a recent practice. The team, winner of state and regional championships, qualified for the Babe Ruth World Series, which begins Tuesday with coach meetings in Jensen Beach, Florida. Pool play begins Friday, and bracket play will be Monday and Tuesday.
