Deputies make three drug-related arrests

St. Mary Parish deputies made three arrests related to drug charges Tuesday and Wednesday, including two on methamphetamine possession charges.
St. Mary
Sheriff Blaise Smith advised that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 51 complaints and made these arrests:
—Roni Marie Landry, 32, Franklin, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday on three warrants for failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia (three counts), possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids, and possession of Schedule II drugs.
No bail has been set.
 -—Christopher Dwayne Woods, 29, Morgan City, was arrested at 4:19 a.m. Wednesday on charges of driver must be licensed, proper equipment required on vehicles, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice (tampering), and on an Assumption Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drugs.
No bail has been set.
 —Chris James Boudreaux, 53, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:19 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of possession of methamphetamines. No bail has been set.
—Eugene Lyons, 62, Abbeville, was arrested at 7:26 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving under suspension. Lyons was released on a summons to appear July 22.
 —Raeann Lawrence Johnson, 39, New Iberia, was arrested at 2:20 p.m.Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. No bail has been set.
—Jason A. King, 36, Centerville, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday on a leash law violation. King was released on a summons to appear July 22.
Morgan City
Police Chief James F. Blair reported that over the last 24-hour period, the Morgan City Police Department responded to 46 calls for service and made these arrests:
—Rebecca Martin, 49, Terrebonne Street, Morgan City was arrested at 8:26 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of criminal trespassing.
—Joseph Young, 51, Railroad Avenue, Patterson, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for theft of a motor vehicle.
—Herman Solone, 29, Cardinal Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Thursday on a St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant.
Franklin
Police Chief Morris Beverly reported that his department responded six complaints over the past 24 hours and made these arrests:
 —Morris Madison Jr., 53, Clark Street, Franklin, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Madison was booked, processed and held on a $10,000 bond.
