Billiot crowned Ms. Arkansas State Fair senior queen

Sue Monceaux Billiot, a native of Berwick and resident of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas, was crowned Ms. Arkansas State Fair Queen/Sr. on Oct. 24 at the state fairgrounds in Little Rock, Arkansas. She and her husband, Ken, have three daughters, a son, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Billiot is a 1974 graduate of Berwick High School.
