Tri-City Area prep bowling teams participated in jamboree action Thursday at Charlie's Lanes in Morgan City. Boys' and girls' teams from Berwick, Morgan City and Central Catholic High schools competed. Regular-season action will begin Monday as the Berwick boys' and girls' bowling teams will meet Houma Christian at Creole Lanes in Houma, while Central Catholic boys' and girls' teams also will play at Creole Lanes against Terrebonne. The Morgan City boys' and girls' teams will begin their seasons Monday with a matchup against South Terrebonne at Bowl South in Houma. All matches will begin at 3:40 p.m.
