City observes National Night Out

The City of Franklin celebrated National Night Out 2019 on Tuesday evening at the Franklin Recreation Center. Law enforcement participants included the Franklin Police Department, St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Franklin City Marshal’s Office, the Franklin Fire Department, Magnolia Peace Officer’s Association and the Louisiana State Police.
