Staff Report NAPOLEONVILLE – Rickie Mills, 61, of Wickham Lane in Napoleonville was indicted on charges of felony sex crimes, forcible rape and molestation of a juvenile. Mills, already in jail on similar charges resulting from his arrest Dec. 14, 2016, now faces new charges after being indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday. The new charges are for second-degree rape and molestation of a juvenile.
