Street flooding occurring with heavy rain

As of about 3 p.m. Thursday, the Tri-City area had received roughly 6 inches of total rainfall Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office reported numerous flooded streets, including the pictured Saturn Road near Moon Road, in the Bayou Vista area. (The Daily Review/Diane Miller Fears)
