RICKY COLLINS

Ricky “Wop” Collins, 60, a resident and native of Charenton, La. passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 6 pm at his residence.
Visitation will be observed from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m., on Saturday August 11, 2018 at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church 1262 Bobtown Road Charenton, La. Rev. Paul Godfrey will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Mount Pleasant Church Cemetery in Charenton, La.
Memories of Ricky will forever remain in the hearts of his two children, Ricky Gable of Fort Smith, AR and Graceland Gable of Franklin, La.; one brother, Edmond Collins, Jr. of Houston, TX; five sisters, Dianne Collins and Melanda Butaud both of Charenton, La., Debbie Griffin, Marsha Shaw of New Iberia, La., Ida Mae Collins of New Orleans, La.; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers.
