Central Catholic High School had one representative on the Louisiana Sports Writers Association Class 1A All-State Baseball Team.
Central Catholic junior catcher Bryce Grizzaffi made the squad as an honorable mention selection.
“Bryce had a really good year,” Central Catholic coach Tyler Jensen said. “I thought Bryce fully deserved to be a first-team all-state player. To me he was by far the best catcher I saw all year, all classifications, defensively and offensively. Didn’t really think it was close, to be honest.
