ALICE LEE ALVIS GRIFFIN

Alice Lee Alvis Griffin, 68, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, La., passed away peacefully at 4:45 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2018.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Dularge Community Baptist Church, 524 Andrew St. in Houma. Burial will follow in Halfway Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Griffin Sr. Houma; son, Kenneth Murray, Jr. of Franklin; stepsons, Russell, Griffin, Jr. and Shannon M. Griffin both of Morgan City; stepdaughters, Constance Winslow, Pamela Mitchell and Stephanie Brown of Houma; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brothers, Kerry Alvis Sr., Peter Alvis Sr. and Tony Michel Alvis pf Houma; daughter-in-law, and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, stepdaughter, parents, and a brother.
