Louisiana is telling potential tourists that the state can “Feed Your Soul.”
That’s the new tourism branding and marketing slogan that the Lieutenant Governor’s Office will use to promote the state.
Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser unveiled the new slogan Tuesday in Lafayette. The Feed Your Soul concept replaces the Pick Your Passion material that had adorned tourism websites, letterheads and press releases since 2011.
“I really liked Pick Your Passion,” said Carrie Stansbury, executive director of the Cajun Coast Visitors and Convention Bureau. “But I love Feed Your Soul.”
