Daisy Lee Jones Boudreaux

November 1, 1945 — January 12, 2018
Daisy Lee Jones Boudreaux, a native and lifelong resident of Patterson, passed away at the age of 72 on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at the Patterson Healthcare Center.
Daisy was the center of her family as a dedicated mother, grandmother and friend. She brought joy to many and unconditional love to all. Her personality is as bright as her smile and in Daisy’s company, one would find comfort as she lifted spirits with her genuinely caring demeanor. To know Daisy was to love her. She was rarely seen without a smile and has never met a stranger. She was selfless in giving her all to her family, especially her six children and the special needs of her disabled husband. This made her a strong and an extraordinary example to those who surrounded her. In her last years, Daisy resided at the Patterson Healthcare facility where she found a love for painting and relaxation in intricate coloring. With these fond memories, came her time as the reigning Mardi Gras Queen, as well as a favorite one-of-a-kind friendly face that was warm as it was welcoming. Daisy, a devout Catholic with a beautiful soul, succumbed peacefully in her sleep. She will be held precious in the hearts of those she has graced with her unforgettable presence. She will always be missed by her loved ones as she makes her way to her Heavenly Home.
Those she leaves to cherish her memory include her three children, Joann Turner and her husband Brian, Margaret Reynolds and her husband Jean Paul, and Everette Boudreaux; one brother, Jacob L. Jones Jr.; one sister, Celeste J. Jumonville; 10 grandchildren, Kari Everitt and her husband Robert, Mark Kleimann Jr. and his wife Trista, Jaci Reynolds, Austin Reynolds, Taylor Mula, Steven Boudreaux, Jewel Mula, Robert Carline Jr., Robin Carline, and Emilee Grace Boudreaux; five great-grandchildren, Sierra Everitt, Ryan Roy, Nathan Everitt, Layne Kleimann and Bella Kleimann; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
