David Thorguson has worked in many courtrooms for over two decades, but never in a mayor’s court. He’ll soon be able to check that off his list. At Tuesday’s council meeting, the council accepted the appointment of Thorguson as magistrate for the mayor’s court. The court handles misdemeanor and traffic cases in Berwick.
