Police Reports 12-21-17

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Phyllis Smith, 47, of 314 Sorrell Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 2:19 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of child desertion. She was released on $500 bond.
Tayler Davis, 19, of 2726 Allain St., Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 8:22 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and was held on $500 bond.
Devin Toups, 19, of 288 Oregon St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 9:39 p.m. on a charge of violation of a protective order and held with no bond set.
Chad Toups, 43, of 116 Doris St., Amelia, was arrested today at 2:06 a.m. on charges of vagrancy and criminal trespassing. Bond is set at $1,250.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Brian Smith, 55, of Morris Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 12:26 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of driving under suspension and use of a cell phone. He was held on $433 bond.
Jason Mack Jr., 17, of St. Joseph Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 8:58 p.m. on a warrant charging him with carnal knowledge of a juvenile and was released on $2,500 bond.
