Back-to-School at Broussard-Harris

Stylist Rodney Jack gives Russell Mandubourg Jr., age nine, a trim Monday at the Back to School Drive at the Broussard-Harris Recreation Center, as Mandubourg Jr. prepares for his fifth-grade school year.
