Willis Verdine Jr. died Friday, July 20, 2017, at Teche Regional Medical Center.
Graveside service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Home Industrial Cemetery in Patterson.
He is survived by his parents, Willis Verdine Sr. and D’Andra Lindsey of Patterson; and grandparents, Tina Stroud, Berkley Henry, Charles Perro, and Joann and Donald Dugas, all of Patterson.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
