CENTERVILLE — St. Mary Parish School Board heard Thursday about a successful first day of public school Aug. 7, although with fewer students to experience it.
FRANKLIN — The first in what is to be a series of budget and finance sessions for the Parish Council didn’t solve all the money problems.
St. Mary voters will soon decide whether to renew a sales tax that funds teacher and staff pay.
