PATTERSON — Now that the city government has built a new water plant and is nearing completion of Morey Park improvements, Mayor Rodney Grogan has an idea for Patterson’s next big project.
The Berwick Lighthouse Festival begins Friday the riverfront. A couple of changes since the flyer was prepared: the Royalists will perform in place of Old Soul, and Chee Wheez will play at 5 p.m.
