Traffic light no longer flashing at J-turn near BV Walmart

UPDATE: The problem has been rectified.
As of about 8 a.m. this morning, the U.S. 90 East traffic light at the J-turn near the Bayou Vista Walmart was still flashing in both directions. The J-turn had flashing red lights and the U.S.90 East bound lane had flashing red and green.
Traffic is heavier than usual due to the issue.
Approach the light with caution until the problem is remedied.
