Louisiana Commissioner of Agriculture and Forestry Mike Strain will be the guest speaker at the St. Mary Chamber of Commerce Business Luncheon Oct. 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Strain will speak at The Forest Restaurant.
