Head Start kicks off

Students of Community Action Agency’s Head Start program arrived for their first day of the 2019/2020 school year today at Peter Pan Head Start Center on Franklin’s CAA campus. Students and parents streamed in to the school around 8 a.m., where teachers and administrators met them and escorted them to their classrooms.
