Harvest Moon Festival

Runners in Teche Action Clinics took off just after 8 a.m. Saturday to kick off the Harvest Moon Festival in downtown Franklin. Festival-goers were greeted by sunny skies and cooler temperatures to browse vendors, listen to bands and kids rode the train and participated in the children’s area.
