Franklin residents asked to conserve water

The Franklin Water System is asking customers to conserve water. Several main breaks and increased usage has lowered pressure city-wide. The water plant has been operating around the clock to ensure supply. Please refrain from leaving your faucets running and limit household use until conditions improve.
