Through a grant with the Office of Homeland Security and the cooperation of Duval Arthur, Franklin Fire Department Chief Chuck Bourgeois presented V. B. Glencoe Charter School’s physical education Coach Margaret Dronet with two automated external defibrillators (AEDs) on Oct. 13.
