COA ribbon cutting

St. Mary Council on Aging held a ribbon-cutting for their Senior Activity Center Friday, at their Franklin location on Iberia Street. Following the brief ceremony, Baldwin Mayor Donna Lanceslin presented COA Director Beverly Domengeaux the key to Baldwin in appreciation for all she has done for the town’s elderly population.
