St. Mary Parish We the People Bayou Community hosting a Candidate Forum for State Senate District 21 from 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 18, at Berwick Civic Complex. Invited candidates are Stephen Swiber, Robert Allain and Henry “Bo” LaGrange. PAGEANT
Petite Bijoux Project’s sixth annual Petite Bijoux Queens’ Pageant is Sept. 16-17 at Gheens Bon Mange’ Festival & Community Center, 1786 LA 654. Children’s pageant, $50, is 11 a.m. Sept. 16.
