St. Mary Chapter of the NAACP annual Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Celebration is Monday, Jan. 20. Begins with a march at 2:30 p.m. from Spinella Park on Federal Avenue, Morgan City, to Mt. Era Baptist Church, 406 Lawrence St., Morgan City, for a 3 p.m. tribute. Public welcomed.
