BARBECUE/ROSARY
Knights of Columbus Council 8371 sponsoring St. Andrew Parish annual Palm Sunday Barbecue/Rosary March Sunday, April 9, at St. Andrew Parish Church Hall, Amelia. To go plates, starting at 11 a.m., include: chicken, sausage, beans, potato salad, bread and drink. Cost $8. Desserts sold by Ladies Altar Society. Raffle tickets, $1 each or six for $5, with winners drawn April 9. Rosary March begins in church parking lot at 2 p.m., weather permitting.

FREE FISH FRY
Free Community Fish Fry 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 14, in Lawrence Park, Everett Street, Morgan City. Includes fried fish, white beans, rice, coleslaw, bread and dessert. Way of the Cross at 11 a.m. Also will hold children’s activities. Hosted by Pharr Chapel and Walmsley United Methodist churches, Cornerstone Ministries and Trinity Episcopal Church.
