Upcoming Christmas events in St. Mary

Here's a list of Christmas activities and events in St. Mary Parish, compiled by the Cajun Coast Visitors and Convention staff.

Holiday lights
—Christmas Lights on Bayou Teche in Franklin will be nightly. Tune in to 93.5 FM on Teche Drive, Main, Martin Luther King and Iberia streets in Franklin. Over 1 million lights along Parc Sur La Teche=.
—Centerville Light Show, 135 Yellow Bayou Road in Centerville.
The light show will run nightly from 5:30 p.m.-midnight (weather permitting). The show isn't run in the rain. Please come out to enjoy the lights and tune your radio to 88.9
—Traditional Idlewild Plantation Christmas Lighting in Patterson. The driving tour will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Kemper Williams Park in Patterson for $2 per car (dependent on weather).
—Bernice Street Christmas by Candlelight, Dec. 11, 5:30 to 9 p.m., Bernice Street (one way only) in Morgan City.

—City of Franklin Christmas Golf Cart Parade and Lamplighter Ceremony, Dec. 4, 6 p.m. at corner of Jackson and Main streets and ending at the Courthouse Square.
—Christmas Bike Ride, Dec. 4, Patterson, 6 p.m. Beginning and ending at Morey Park. Light up your bike and get your Christmas tunes ready.
—Lower Atchafalaya Christmas Boat Parade in Patterson, Dec. 11, 6 p.m., Morey Park in Patterson.
