Two teens arrested in vehicle burglaries

Morgan City police arrested two teens, 15 and 16, in a string of vehicle burglaries on the north side of the city.
They were arrested March 30 and March 31 on warrants alleging seven counts of simple burglary, one count of attempted simple burglary and eight counts of criminal trespassing.
The police responded to the multiple calls about vehicle burglaries March 28.
The juveniles were booked and released pending juvenile proceedings with the 6th Ward Morgan City Court.
