Tour du Rouge in Morgan City

About 50 cyclists made a stop Wednesday at Clarion Inn in Morgan City. The 10th annual Tour du Rouge is organized by The Arc of Greater Houston and benefits The Arc, which helps people with intellectual disabilities. Each cyclist was required to raise at least $2,500 to participate in the ride. Participants will finish Friday in New Orleans. Cyclists from Louisiana, Texas, Maryland, Florida, California, Tennessee, Arizona, Washington, D.C. and Georgia are participating in the event. (The Daily Review/Zachary Fitzgerald)
