Three more juveniles arrested on fighting or battery charges

St. Mary deputies, who arrested four juveniles last week on fighting or battery charges, reported on Monday that they detained three more juveniles on those charges.
St. Mary
Sheriff Blaise Smith reported that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 91 complaints and made these arrests:
--Juvenile male, 15, Baldwin, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. Oct. 4 on a charge of disturbing the peace (fighting). The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
--Juvenile male, 15, Franklin, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. Oct. 4 on a charge of disturbing the peace (fighting). The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
--Juvenile male, 10, Patterson was arrested at 7:52 p.m. Sunday on a charge of sample battery. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
--Palmer Lee Cox IV, 57, Berwick, was arrested on charges of turning movements or required signals, driving under suspension and possession of marijuana. Cox also held an Assumption Parish warrant alleging failure to appear. Bail has not been set on the St. Mary Parish charges.
--Jada Druilhet, 21, Baldwin, was arrested on a charge of attempted criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set.
--Renieka Augustina Clark, 40, Patterson, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. Friday on charges of speeding, open container and driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $4,750.
Morgan City
Interim Police Chief Mark E. Griffin Jr. reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 104 calls for service over the last 72-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
--Johnna Schmidt Singleton, 38, Second Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. Friday on charges of driving under suspension and careless operation.
--Heather Landry Spencer, 41, Tiffany Street, Patterson, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. Friday on two counts of failure to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court) and failure to appear for restitution (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Sabena Crochet, 57, Belanger Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. Friday on a charge of child desertion.
--Joshua Montes, 36, Eldridge Parkway Highway, Houston, 12:38 a.m. Saturday on a charge of domestic abuse battery.
--Elizabeth Lynn Oncale, 22, La. 1, Napoleonville, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Saturday on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
--Deon Rashea Chambers, 45, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. Sunday on a charge of disturbing the peace (intoxicated).
--Terry Lynn Ratliff, 41, Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Sunday on a charge of theft (under $1,000).
--Billy Tuze Townsend, 29, Bennett Court, Houma, 9:07 p.m. Sunday on charges on failure to appear to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court) and three counts of failure to appear for arraignment (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
Patterson
Police Chief Garrett Grogan reported this arrest:
--Kelsie L. Boutin, 28, Taft Street, Patterson, was arrested at 2 p.m. Friday on a charge of improper supervision of a minor by entering the premises with illegal drugs.
Franklin
Police Chief Morris Beverly reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to 28 complaints over the past weekend and made these arrests:
--Dereal Madison, 77, St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Friday on charges of careless operation of a motor vehicle and possession of open container in vehicle. Madison was booked, processed and released to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
--Quindell Mitchell, 42, Prairie Road, Franklin, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. Saturday on charges of disturbing the peace (language), resisting an officer and remaining where forbidden. Mitchell was booked, processed and released on a $4,000 bond.
--Karen Coler, 43, West Camela Drive, Thibodaux, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. Sunday on charges of remaining where forbidden and disturbing the peace. Coler was booked processed, and released on a $1,500 bond.
