Student achievers: Jasper Russell

Patterson High junior Jasper Russell recently achieved an ACT score that puts him in the top 5% of ACT-takers nationwide. The son of local Coast Guard commander Ben and Jennifer Russell, he is a three-year member of the football, power-lifting and track teams. He hopes to go on to Notre Dame with the goal of becoming a lawyer.
