Season's greetings in Morgan City

We won't be able to cross the La. 182 bridge until next summer. But the Morgan City ramp still provides a holiday welcome. On Nov. 27, Thanksgiving night, the Christmas season will officially begin with the lighting of the nearby Spirit of Morgan City shrimp boat in the Brashear Avenue median. The lighting event begins at 6 p.m.
