James Fuhrer of Berwick is one of 29 members of the Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour who received scholarships based on community service, sportsmanship, academic achievements and financial need. The scholarship recipients participated in the Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust Mentorship Program that ran May-July. Fuhrer received the $5,000 FKF Board Chairman Scholarship, one of five presented July 31 in Covington on behalf of the Fore! Kids Foundation.
