Ribbon-cutting will mark Patterson water plant operation

The Patterson mayor and Council said the new city water plant was scheduled to go online Saturday.
A ribbon-cutting to mark the opening of the plant has been set for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, just before the 6 p.m. start of the regular monthly council meeting.
