W. L. Bernauer Jr. American Legion Post 242 of Patterson recently donated a POW/MIA flag to the city of Patterson to coincide with National POW/MIA Month in September. Donating the flag is First Vice Commander Kenneth Lodrigue Sr. Patterson Mayor Rodney Grogan accepts the gift.
