A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in a parking lot of a Bayou Vista business Thursday afternoon
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith said the accident occurred at about 3:30 p.m. He said the pedestrian was transported to a medical facility with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
