Officers, deputies complete training

On Aug. 28, Christopher Tyler of the Morgan City Police Department and five other members of local law enforcement completed seven weeks of training and are now certified through the Louisiana Police Officers Standards of Training Council. Joining Tyler were Deputies Raneka Clark, Caitlyn Picou, David Difondi and Dorothy Wilson of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office and Blake Cameron of the Nicholls State University Police Department.
